Service dog crowdfund!
I am currently crowd-funding for a fainting assistance and cardiac alert service dog!I am chronically ill and disabled and a service dog would be life changing for me, as it would enable me to feel safer home alone or going out in public on my own. I haven't been able to truly be independent, as I struggle with many basic self-care and hygiene tasks such as showering, doing chores around the house and going up and down stairs. Any task that requires me to stand for more than 5 minutes or repeatedly bend down can be problematic since I am very prone to fainting.
Right now, I faint about 3-4 times daily as well as struggling with mobility issues, chronic pain and seizures. I am unable to work so instead I focus my time on art, streaming and fostering cats.
I estimated my starting cost for a service dog, with basic training and veterinary needs to be around $5000. This goal does not include the price to spay or neuter my pup, any additional vet visits or pet supplies.
Price Breakdown:
Service dog price- $2950($600 initial deposit)
Puppy vet visits and vaccines- $300 a visit(3-4 visits depending on age. Vaccines are boostered every 2 to 3 weeks!)
Training courses- $500 to $800 depending on the task complexity.
Additional supplies- prices here vary a lot. I have listed some of the things I am planning to get on my wishlist as well!

My name is Irie, I have many health issues but my main struggles are fibromyalgia, PTSD and suspected POTS(fainting episodes).
Below is a list of tasks my service dog would perform once trained that I believe would be helpful for me.
Task Examples:
Cardiac and Seizure Alert.
Item retrieval(medicine, waterbottle, phone, etc).
Balancing and bracing me.
Cushioning my head.
Pressure therapy and crowd buffering.
Seek help during a seizure or fainting episode.
Interruption from flashbacks or other negative behaviors.

My Programs
Streaming my models: I use Vtuber studios, the Sprout2 plugin and OBS. I also use an iPhone for my facial tracking.Other programs I use: Stream elements and Mixitup for my alerts and stream redeems. I also use Curse Forge for modding whenever I can and Opera GX as my web browser.
My equipment
Microphone and headset: My mic is a fifine gaming usb microphone and I also use the razor kraken kitty V2 wired headset. Sometimes I use the built in microphone for it too if I don't feel like setting up my fifine mic.Gaming Laptop: I use the Acer Predator Helios 300 Gaming Laptop alongside a fan from Xotic PC.
